How far is the airport from the Reunion hotel location?
Area airports are as follows:

Newark International Airport (EWR) and Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) are both estimated to be about 1 hour from the hotel.

Trenton Mercer Airport (TTN) is estimated to be about 20 minutes from the hotel. Frontier Airlines is the only airline that flies in and out of Trenton Mercer Airport.
Is there a hotel stay minimum?
Yes. To book your room at the Reunion hotel location, you must reserve your room(s) for a minimum 2-night stay.
What is the final date to reserve our hotel room(s)?
The final date is 30 days before the Reunion start date, which June 12, 2026. After this, the hotel booking access link (FOUND HERE) will close and Reunion registrants will have to pay the prevailing hotel rate if there is still availability at this location. Please see a link to other hotel options in the area HERE. We strongly encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible.
Is there a way to save my hotel reservation and pay later?
No. Payment will be required upon reserving your hotel room(s). Please do DO NOT lock your credit or debit card upon submitting your hotel payment. If you do so, your hotel booking will be cancelled. You can make changes or modifcations to your booking 30 days in advance. Please note there is a $50 incidental charge that will also be applied upon our arrival/check-in.
Does the hotel provide transportation to area malls, stores, etc.?
No. The Reunion Committee is organizing a potential plan to mitigate this. However, we recommend opting for a car rental for anyone interested in sightseeing and more beyond the Reunion itinerary.
Is breakfast provided?
Yes. The Reunion hotel location will provide a full hot breakfast for all registrants between 7:00 - 9:30 am downstairs in the hotel restaurant.
What time is check in and check out?
You can check-in at the Reunion hotel location as early as 4:00 pm on Thursday, July 9th and check-out is no later than 11:00 am Sunday, July 12th.
